Section 01Introduction

NoteKaro is a Digital Platform Designed to Help Individuals, Families, Shopkeepers and Small Businesses Manage Personal Expenses, Budgets, Digital Khata Records, Customer and Supplier Balances, Payment Reminders and Related Services.

Section 02Account Registration

Users must Provide Accurate Information During Registration and Keep their Account Details Secure. You are Responsible for Activities Carried Out Through your Account and must Promptly Report Suspected Unauthorised Access.

Section 03Use of Services

NoteKaro may Provide:

Feature Availability may Vary Depending on the Subscription Plan and Technical Limitations.

Section 04Digital Khata and Financial Records

NoteKaro Helps Users Record Transactions and Track Amounts Payable or Receivable. It does not Independently Verify Debts, Guarantee Payment Recovery or Resolve Disputes Between Users and their Customers, Suppliers or Other Parties.

Section 05Payments and Third-Party Services

Payments, where Available, are Processed Through Supported Third-Party Payment Providers. NoteKaro does not Hold Customer Funds. Payment Processing, Settlement, Refunds and Disputes are Subject to the Applicable Provider's Terms.

Insurance and Other Partner Services may be Accessed Through External Applications, SDKs or Websites. Such Services are Provided by the Respective Partners Under their Own Terms and Regulatory Authorisations.

Section 06Customer Information and Privacy

Users must Obtain Appropriate Consent or Other Lawful Authority Before Entering or Sharing Another Person's Information. NoteKaro's Collection, Use, Storage and Sharing of Personal Information are Governed by its Privacy Policy.

Section 07Fees and Subscriptions

NoteKaro may Offer Free and Paid Plans. Applicable Subscription Fees, Billing Periods, Renewals, Cancellations and Refund Conditions will be Disclosed Separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Third-Party Service Charges may Apply.

Section 08Prohibited Use

Users must not Use NoteKaro for:

• Unlawful Activities
• Fraud
• Unauthorised Access
• Harassment
• Spam
• Violating Applicable Laws
• Violating Third-Party Rights

Section 09Service Availability and Liability

NoteKaro Aims to Provide Reliable Services but does not Guarantee Uninterrupted or Error-Free Operation. Users are Responsible for Verifying Important Records and Maintaining Appropriate Backups.

To the Extent Permitted by Law, NoteKaro shall not be Liable for Indirect Losses Arising from Use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms Excludes Liability or Rights that Cannot Legally be Excluded.

Section 10Intellectual Property

The NoteKaro Name, Logo, Software, Design and Other Platform Materials are Owned by or Licensed to their Respective Rights Holders. Users may not Copy, Modify, Distribute or Commercially Exploit them Without Authorisation.

Section 11Suspension and Termination

NoteKaro may Restrict or Suspend Access in Cases of:

• Misuse of the Platform.
• Security Risks.
• Material Breaches of these Terms.
• Non-Payment for Paid Services.
• Legal Requirements.

Users may Stop Using the Platform and Request Account Deletion Through the Available Process, Subject to Applicable Law and Lawful Retention Requirements.

Section 12Changes to Terms

NoteKaro may Update these Terms when its Services or Legal Requirements Change. Updated Terms will be Published Through the Platform, with Notice or Renewed Consent where Required by Law.

Section 13Governing Law

These Terms are Governed by the Laws of India, Subject to Applicable Legal Protections. Disputes will be Addressed Through Good-Faith Discussions or the Competent Legal Forum.
